Service
Service & Business Websites
A service website has one job: make the right visitor confident enough to get in touch, and make that easy. Not every business needs a platform, but almost every service business has a journey, someone arrives with a problem, works out whether you can solve it, and decides whether to contact you. I design and build that journey properly: clear structure, custom interface design, correct behaviour on phones, Arabic and English where the audience needs it, and a technical foundation search systems can read.
Who this is for
- Established service businesses that need a serious digital presence they control
- Companies whose enquiries currently arrive through social media with no real destination
- Businesses serving Arabic and English audiences who need both to feel designed
- Clinics, rental, real estate, corporate and professional service companies with a genuine enquiry journey
- Companies whose existing site looks acceptable but does not convert visitors into enquiries
What a service website has to get right
- A homepage that answers who this is for and why to trust you before anything else
- One clear page per service, written for someone comparing options rather than browsing
- Real proof: projects, credentials and specifics rather than adjectives
- A contact path that is visible from every page and asks for the right things
- Mobile behaviour designed for the device most of your visitors actually use
- Arabic and English versions that both read as designed, not translated
What the build includes
- Custom interface design around your services, not a template your business is squeezed into
- Responsive development that holds up on real devices
- Enquiry and contact journey designed rather than bolted on
- Multilingual structure with correct RTL where Arabic is needed
- Technical SEO foundations: semantic structure, metadata, canonicals, hreflang, structured data, sitemap
- Analytics events planned so enquiries can actually be measured
Where this sits among the engagements
Service websites are usually delivered as a Design-to-Launch engagement, since design and front-end are the whole job. Where the site is genuinely simple, the scope is smaller and priced accordingly. Where the business is replacing a manual booking process or needs a real service platform, the honest answer is that it has outgrown a website, and the booking or platform engagements apply instead.
Technical foundations, included and honestly described
Every build ships with the structural layer that lets search engines and AI systems read the site: semantic HTML, one clear H1 per page, correct heading order, unique metadata, Open Graph tags, canonical URLs, hreflang for multilingual sites, structured data matching the visible content, sitemap and robots.txt. This is technical setup built into the site. It is not an SEO campaign, an ads service, or a ranking guarantee.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a business website cost?
Service and business websites are usually delivered as a design-to-launch engagement, typically starting from $2,500 and scoped on complexity: the number of journeys, languages and how much of the interface is custom. Simpler sites are scoped smaller. The figure is confirmed in writing after discovery rather than taken from a package list.
How long does it take?
Typically six to twelve weeks depending on scope and how quickly content and decisions arrive. Simpler sites are faster; the honest constraint on most projects is content and approvals rather than build time.
Can I edit the website myself later?
Yes, when that is a requirement. Where a client genuinely needs to edit content daily, the site is built on a platform that supports it. Where content changes rarely, a faster static build usually serves the business better, and that trade-off is discussed rather than assumed.
Do you write the content?
I structure every page and guide the content, and can write or refine copy with you. You know your business best; my job is to make sure it is presented in the order a comparing visitor actually needs it.
How is this different from a cheap template site?
A template forces your business into someone else’s structure and usually ignores the enquiry journey, mobile behaviour, and technical foundations. Here the structure is designed around your services and the way your clients decide, and the technical layer is built in from the start.
Can it be in Arabic and English?
Yes. Both languages are designed and built from one component system, with per-language URLs, correct RTL behaviour, hreflang and canonicals, so neither version is an afterthought.
