How we handle the time difference

I work from Istanbul, not from a US or Canadian office. Before a project starts, we agree review windows in your actual time zone, including any daylight-saving changes. Eastern and Pacific teams have different overlap needs; calls are scheduled by agreement rather than assuming full US business-hour availability. Written milestones, Figma comments and consolidated feedback let design and implementation continue between meetings.

Keep backend and front-end responsibilities explicit

The core service is UI/UX design and front-end delivery. Your backend team provides agreed APIs and rules for authentication, permissions, payments and data. I design the interface states and implement the agreed front-end behavior. If you need backend engineering or third-party integration work as part of the project, that must be separately defined in the proposal rather than inferred from a screen mockup.

A written proposal, not a price list

Landing pages, UI/UX design, business websites and custom web application delivery are each quoted per project. The final quote depends on scope, languages and interface complexity. Payment milestones, handoff materials, support and any exclusions are agreed in writing.

For North American businesses serving Arabic-speaking customers or expanding into the Gulf, I design Arabic and English together: direction-aware navigation, readable typography, forms and complete interface states. This capability also supports remote projects from Australia, New Zealand and Singapore when review schedules are agreed. Country-specific copy, legal requirements and payment-provider availability need the appropriate specialist or client input.
